Procurement & Billing

Yes. We offer Net 30 terms to qualified Government, Education, and Corporate entities. To apply for a credit line, please submit your credit references and latest W-9 to accounting@ztronyx.com. Approvals typically take 24-48 hours.

If you are a reseller or a tax-exempt organization, please upload your valid Resale Certificate or Tax Exemption form in your Account Settings before placing an order. Once verified (usually within 1 hour during business days), your account will be flagged as tax-exempt for all future purchases.

Absolutely. You can build a cart and select “Print Quote” or “Save as Quote” directly from the checkout page. For competitive bid pricing on large bills of materials (BOMs), please contact our sales team for special project registration pricing.

Shipping & Logistics

Yes. Select “Blind Ship” at checkout. The packing slip will not contain Ztronyx branding or pricing, and the return address will be generic or listed as your company name (if configured in account settings). We protect our reseller partners’ relationships.

Heavy items (over 150lbs) or large dimensions (server racks) ship via LTL Freight. Our checkout calculates estimated freight costs. For locations requiring lift-gate service or inside delivery, please specify this in the order notes to avoid carrier delays or rebilling.

Technical Support

Unless clearly marked as “Ztronyx Certified Refurbished” in the product title and SKU, all items are Brand New Factory Sealed. Refurbished items undergo a rigorous 8-point testing process and include a 1-year warranty.

Ztronyx is an authorized partner. During checkout, you will be prompted to enter the End User’s CCO ID and contract details if you are adding to an existing contract. For new contracts, we will generate the license keys and email them to the Technical Contact listed on the order within 24 hours.

Warranty & Returns

DOA items must be reported within 10 days of receipt. We offer Advanced Replacement for critical infrastructure hardware (subject to stock availability), meaning we ship the replacement before receiving the defective unit back.

Yes. Non-defective returns (opened or unopened) are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover testing, recertification, and repackaging. Special order items and software licenses are non-returnable.
