The Scrutiny Process
We take our reputation seriously. Our onboarding process is rigorous by design to ensure only the best represent the Ztronyx brand.
Application & Docs
Submit COI, W-9, and state licenses. Automated check against state databases.
Reference Audit
We interview 3 recent enterprise clients and inspect photos of past work.
Interview
Video conference with our Technical Director to assess technical competency.
Probation Period
First 3 Ztronyx projects are heavily monitored. Full certification awarded upon completion.
