Computer Vision Safety
Challenge: Forklifts were colliding with pedestrians in a blind warehouse corner.
Solution: We integrated IP cameras with a custom AI model running on an Edge device. When a person is detected, the system triggers physical strobe lights and halts the bay door motor via a relay interface.
Automated HR Onboarding
Challenge: New employees waited days for badges because HR and Security used different databases.
Solution: We built a middleware sync service. When HR adds a user in Workday, our script automatically provisions their mobile credential in the Access Control system and assigns relevant door groups.
Environmental Lockdown
Challenge: A chemical plant needed to seal doors instantly if air quality dropped.
Solution: We integrated industrial IoT air sensors (Modbus) with the physical access control panels. A specific PPM threshold now instantly triggers a "Global Lockdown" macro on the physical security panels.
Single Pane of Glass
Challenge: Security Operations Center (SOC) had 12 different monitors for different systems.
Solution: We developed a custom React-based dashboard that pulls live feeds, alarm states, and map data from disparate systems into one unified web interface hosted on Azure.
