We partner with major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and DHL to provide reliable delivery services. Shipping is free for most orders over $500 within the continental U.S. For orders under $500, a flat rate of $2.00 applies.

Expedited 2-Day
Expedited Next Day shipping available for any urgent orders.
Standard Overnight
Next business day delivery by 3:00 PM to most addresses.
Priority Overnight
Delivery by 10:30 AM to most major metropolitan areas.
LTL Freight & Large Items
Oversized Handling
Large items (such as server racks, UPS battery systems, racks and large interactive displays) must ship via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Freight are free for orders over $2,500. Freight shipments typically take 5-7 business days for delivery. Please allow additional time for processing and carrier scheduling.
Lift Gate Service
Available for locations without a loading dock. Carrier will use a hydraulic lift to lower pallet to ground level.
Inside Delivery
Upon request, carrier brings freight inside the first set of doors. Does not include uncrating or debris removal.
Important: You must inspect all freight shipments for visible damage before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). Signing the BOL releases the carrier from liability for external damage.
International & Export
Ztronyx ships to over 100 countries. We handle all export compliance documentation including EEI filing for orders over $10,000.
Duties & Taxes
Unless chosen otherwise (DDP), all international shipments are DAP (Delivered at Place). The recipient is responsible for paying all applicable import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery.
Restricted Items
Certain items (High-encryption firewalls, specific radio equipment) may require an export license. Our compliance team will contact you if your order requires additional end-user verification.
Damaged Shipments
While we pack every order with industrial-grade materials, damage can occur in transit. Please follow these steps to ensure a swift resolution:
Take clear photos of the damaged box AND the product. Do not discard packaging.
If the box is crushed or open, refuse the shipment with the carrier driver.
Email photos to returns@ztronyx.com within 2 business days.
