Overview
For high-security commercial and institutional doors, the HES by ASSA ABLOY 310-1 1/2 FS is a purpose-built electric strike that delivers rugged, code-compliant performance. This Folger Adam 310 Series electric strike combines a 3-hour fire-rating with all-stainless-steel construction to resist abuse, corrosion and heavy daily use — reducing downtime and lifecycle costs. With a 1,500 lb holding strength and an adjustable 1/2" keeper, the unit tolerates door/frame misalignment while maintaining secure latching for cylindrical and mortise locks. The 24V DC input and low current draw make integration with access control, monitoring and surveillance systems straightforward, and the non-handed, plug-in connector design speeds installation for security contractors and facilities teams. Fail-secure operation preserves perimeter protection during power loss, making this strike suitable for data centers, correctional facilities, healthcare and university campuses. Backed by a 5-year limited warranty and US manufacturing quality, the HES 310-1 1/2 FS is engineered for demanding security applications. Specify this electric strike for robust access control and order today to upgrade door hardware reliability.
