Overview
For facilities that demand uncompromising access control and fire safety, the HES by ASSA ABLOY Folger Adam 310 electric strike provides industrial-grade performance and peace of mind. This 3-hour fire-rated electric strike is built entirely from stainless steel to withstand abuse, corrosion and continuous use — delivering up to 1,500 lb holding strength and a 1,000,000-cycle endurance rating. Designed for modern security and monitoring systems, the 24V DC input and plug-in connector make integration with access control, CCTV and building management systems straightforward. The horizontally adjustable 3/4" keeper compensates for door and frame misalignment, reducing field adjustments and installation time, while non-handed, fail-secure operation preserves secure locking during power loss. UL listed and compatible with cylindrical and mortise locks on metal or wood frames, the Folger Adam 310 is ideal for industrial sites, data centers, healthcare and government facilities where surveillance, reliability and code compliance matter. Specify the HES 310 for heavy-duty security applications — contact your distributor or add to cart to upgrade your access control setup.
