Overview
Simplify and accelerate access control and security installations with the Genesis Profusion access control cable. This plenum-rated, shielded composite cable is designed for commercial and enterprise environments where reliable power and clean signal integrity are essential. The single 500' reel combines 22/6, 22/4, 22/2 and 18/4 stranded conductors—plus a shielded reader pair—so integrators can pull one cable instead of multiple runs, reducing labor, material costs and conduit congestion. Built with stranded bare copper conductors and reader shielding for low-voltage drop and minimal interference, the CMP/FT6 plenum rating ensures safe routing through air-handling spaces and compliance with building codes. Practical install features like countdown length markings and a rip cord improve speed and accuracy during terminations. Ideal for access control, security, surveillance and building monitoring systems, the Genesis Profusion cable delivers a dependable, code-compliant backbone for card readers, locks, door contacts and REX devices. Order the 500' reel for your next project to streamline wiring and speed deployment on commercial security installations.
