Overview
For reliable mounting of card readers, intercoms and other access control or surveillance devices, the Pedestal Pro 48-9C gooseneck pedestal delivers rugged, installer-friendly performance. Designed by Pedestal Pro as a 48-inch pad-mount gooseneck, this pedestal positions readers and cameras ergonomically for both vehicles and pedestrians while the 12-inch neck reach keeps wiring and sensor fields clear.
Built from heavy-gauge .120" wall steel and finished in durable black powder coat with UV protection, the 48-9C resists vandalism, corrosion and extreme weather — it has passed a facewind protocol simulating Category 5 hurricane-force conditions. A universal 4"x4" faceplate with common hole patterns, heavy-duty base plate and included carriage bolts speed installation and reduce field modifications. The tight mandrel-bent gooseneck minimizes tube collapse and provides a clean, professional alignment preferred by security integrators.
Ideal for parking access, gated communities, perimeter monitoring and commercial security projects, this gooseneck pedestal supports card readers, keypads, telephone entry and camera monitoring systems. Specify the Pedestal Pro 48-9C for dependable mounting and fast installation — order now for immediate deployment on your next access control or surveillance installation.
