The KDS-USB2 extends high-speed USB 2.0 signals up to 100 m over standard CAT5e/6/7 copper cable, or up to 10 km over fiber, enabling remote keyboards, mice, touchscreens, USB cameras and storage to operate as if locally connected. Each decoder supports four simultaneous USB ports with 5V/500 mA per port, and you can pair up to seven decoders to one host for multi-location collaboration. With SwitchableUSB cloud control, administrators can map and switch connections across a LAN for flexible many-to-many routing. The kit is USB-IF compliant, FCC/CE certified and works plug-and-play with Windows, macOS and Linux.
