Overview
Deliver dependable, code‑compliant access control for narrow‑stile aluminum doors with the Adams Rite 7131 Electric Strike by ASSA ABLOY. This compact electric strike provides secure remote unlocking for commercial entrances, storefronts and glass‑paneled openings while preserving a clean look with its radius faceplate designed to match inactive leaves on paired doors. Engineered for integration with access control and monitoring systems, the 7131 accepts Adams Rite deadlatches and cylindrical locksets and features a stainless steel split‑jaw for superior latch retention and burglary resistance. Rated for 24VAC intermittent operation and supplied in a clear anodized aluminum finish, the unit fits jambs as shallow as 1‑5/8" and accepts latchbolts sized 5/8" x 1‑7/16" x 1/2" deep. UL 1034 certification and a fail‑secure configuration ensure the door remains locked on power loss — a critical benefit for security‑sensitive installations. Ideal for retrofits (replaces legacy 7030/7530/7830 models) and new builds, the Adams Rite 7131 is a practical choice for facilities managers, integrators and security contractors.
