Overview
Give your facility immediate remote access and monitoring capabilities with the Yale Locks Access Upgrade Kit (AYR202-CBA-KIT). Designed for businesses and property managers, this smart lock upgrade transforms compatible Assure Lock and Lever models (YRD256/226/216 and YRL226/216) into cloud-enabled access points controlled from the Yale Access app. With the included Wi‑Fi Connect bridge, there’s no separate hub required—streamlining networking and reducing deployment time.
The kit adds DoorSense for accurate open/closed reporting and supports voice assistant control, geofence auto-unlock and keypad entry as a reliable backup. These features improve on-site security, simplify user management, and enable continuous monitoring and audit trails for compliance or surveillance use cases. Installation is quick and lightweight (approx. 1 lb), and the upgrade is backed by a 1-year limited warranty for peace of mind.
Ideal for small offices, multi-family properties, and retrofit projects where full access control replacement isn’t practical, the AYR202-CBA-KIT delivers smarter, networked security without downtime. Upgrade your Assure Locks today to centralize access control, enhance monitoring, and reduce operational complexity.
