Overview
Deliver consistent paging, intercom and emergency voice coverage across commercial, retail and security environments with the Bogen CSD1X2U-V2 drop-in ceiling speaker. This pro speaker from Bogen offers flexible 8 ohm or selectable 25/70V operation, allowing integrators to use it as a standard low-impedance speaker or as part of a distributed 25/70V paging chain. The CSD1X2U-V2 accepts Nyquist plenum-rated amplifier modules to become a passive IP speaker or a full IP intercom endpoint, making it ideal for modern IP-based security, surveillance and monitoring systems. The bright white, low-profile trim blends into ceilings for discreet installations, while plenum-capable construction helps meet commercial installation requirements. Expand audio coverage easily by daisy-chaining secondary 25/70V speakers with optional Nyquist GA-series amps and the NQ-GAXMR1 distributed audio transformer. Designed for system integrators and network designers, this ceiling speaker streamlines deployment of paging, background music, IP intercoms and emergency notification. Specify the Bogen CSD1X2U-V2 for your next security or AV project — contact sales to configure or order for immediate installation.
