Overview
Integrate local mics and line sources into your Dante network quickly and reliably with the Radio Design Labs DD-RN31 Wall-Mounted Bi-Directional Mic/Line Dante Interface. This PoE-powered, wall-mount module converts two XLR mic/line inputs and stereo RCA/mini-jack sources to Dante transmit channels while returning Dante channels as both front-panel -10 dBV stereo output and two balanced +4 dBu rear outputs. Software configuration via RDL CONSOLE lets you set input gain, enable P48 phantom power for condensers, and assign inputs to Dante channels — giving you precise control to match studio-grade mic preamps to any AV, security or surveillance application. Housed in a rugged steel chassis with Decora-style plates, the DD-RN31 fits a standard US dual-gang or WB-2 back box for thin-wall installations, reducing installation time and visible cabling. Ideal for paging, conference, monitoring and networked audio systems, it delivers reliable, low-noise performance for demanding commercial environments. Specify the DD-RN31 for your next networked audio or security monitoring project or contact your dealer to order.
