The Viking E-1600-RD-IP compact VoIP emergency phone provides ADA-compliant, handsfree calls over SIP networks, enabling fast, dependable responses for elevators, campuses, parking areas and other public safety zones. Designed for simple installation and low maintenance, the unit is PoE powered (Class 1, <4 Watts) so there’s no separate power run, and it can call up to five programmable emergency numbers with automatic cycling on busy or no-answer.
Engineered by Viking Electronics for security and monitoring applications, the E-1600-RD-IP features automatic noise canceling (ANC) for clear voice transmission, a stainless-steel call button with integrated red LED to indicate call connection, and non-volatile memory for secure, battery-free configuration. SIP-compliant firmware, remote programming and network-downloadable updates simplify deployment across surveillance and emergency communications networks. TAA/NDAA compliance makes it suitable for government and commercial installations.
