Extend PoE IP video over existing coaxial infrastructure with the Nitek ER8200C IP video over coax network extender — an economical, rack-mountable receiver for security and surveillance deployments. Designed for installers and integrators, the ER8200C converts standard RG59U coax into a high-speed network and power path, supporting up to eight channels and distances to 350 meters (1,150 feet). With 100Base-TX throughput and support for IEEE802.3af/at PoE, you can power megapixel cameras and other network devices without new CAT cabling.
The Nitek ER8200C receiver is fully transparent to your network—no IP or MAC configuration—so devices begin communicating as soon as they're connected. Its compact 1U form factor and 12.2" depth make rack mounting simple in control rooms and equipment cabinets. Integrated surge protection and LED link indicators reduce downtime and speed diagnostics for critical monitoring systems.
