Overview
Designed for reliable emergency notification in commercial and institutional environments, the Gentex GSW speaker with selectable candela LED strobe combines powerful audio performance with flexible visual signaling. This speaker strobe supports field-selectable speaker voltages (25 or 70.7 VRMs) and multiple power taps, letting integrators tailor output for voice evacuation, paging and monitoring without swapping hardware. The SSPK24CLP strobe offers tamper-proof candela options from 15 to 115 cd and operates on 24VDC, maintaining a constant 1Hz flash rate for code-compliant visual alerts.
Built to meet ANSI/UL 1480, ANSI/UL 1971, ANSI/UL 2043 and CAN/ULC standards and aligned with NFPA 72 requirements, the Gentex GSW simplifies specification and speeds deployment across projects that require fire alarm, security and surveillance integration. The universal mount eases retrofit and new-construction installs, and synchronization capability via Gentex AVSM reduces visual confusion in large spaces. Ideal for schools, hospitals, office buildings and retail centers, the GSW delivers dependable audio/visual notification and helps ensure compliance.
