This cellular gateway provides reliable off-site call routing over the AT&T VoLTE network so analog Area of Refuge command units can maintain voice connectivity even when landlines fail. The unit includes a built-in battery backup that supports up to 24 hours of standby and up to 4 hours of talk time, giving facilities critical redundancy during power outages. An RJ11 port simplifies integration with existing AOR command units, reducing installation time and minimizing changes to your current emergency communications topology.
The gateway continuously supervises AC power, battery presence and low-battery conditions and outputs a Form C contact for monitoring or building management system integration. Note that the antenna kit (sold separately) is required to place the antenna in an optimal location for best cellular signal.
