Overview

Ensure uninterrupted emergency communications with the Honeywell Area of Refuge 4G/LTE Cellular Communicator. This purpose-built cellular gateway converts an analog AOR Command Unit’s calls into secure off-site VoLTE connections, keeping monitoring and life-safety communications operational when primary lines are unavailable. The unit connects via a familiar RJ11 port and supports Verizon Voice over LTE (VoLTE) service, simplifying migration to cellular backhaul without replacing existing AOR infrastructure. An internal battery backup provides up to 24 hours of standby and up to four hours of talk time, while onboard supervision for AC loss, low battery and battery presence triggers a Form C contact for integration with security, fire and building management systems. Installers can add an external antenna kit to maximize signal in basements, riser rooms or remote rooftops. Built for reliability in security, surveillance and emergency monitoring applications, the HON-AOR-CGW-4G-V is an efficient, code-conscious upgrade to analog AOR systems.
