Overview
Deliver consistent, intelligible audio across lobbies, retail floors, transit hubs and large public spaces with a speaker engineered for professional installs. The SoundTube HP890I 8" hanging speaker combines patented BroadBeam Ring waveguide and ZeroReflection enclosure technology to provide uniform coverage and clarity—so announcements, paging and background music are heard clearly from edge to edge. Built for pro audio and security installations, the HP890I pairs an 8" treated-fiber woofer with a 1.42" compression driver and offers a wide 65 Hz–22 kHz frequency response, 125W RMS output and a 120W multi-tap transformer to support 25/70.7/100V systems. With weatherized components, UL approvals, integrated SpeedClamp hanging hardware and a compact ported enclosure, this hanging pro speaker minimizes install time and long-term maintenance while lowering amplification costs thanks to its 94 dB sensitivity. Ideal for public address, monitoring and surveillance audio in commercial and institutional environments.
