Overview
Designed for clear, reliable voice reproduction in pro audio, security and monitoring environments, the SoundTube LA880i-II 3-Way Line Array Speaker delivers consistent coverage from near-field to far-field applications. This advanced LAPS (Line Array-Point Source) column uses frequency tapering and a three-way topology to maintain a stable vertical beamwidth, improving speech intelligibility for paging, surveillance monitoring and conference spaces. The LA880i-II combines eight 4.5" woofers, eight 2" midrange drivers and a 2.5" planar magnetic ribbon tweeter to produce smooth highs and robust low-mid performance across an approximate 58 Hz–22 kHz response. Despite its full-range capability, the enclosure remains compact (approximately 7.91" x 40.87" x 11.99"), making it ideal for discreet installations in control rooms, transit hubs, retail environments and security operations centers. Finish options and a narrow profile let integrators mount the speaker where aesthetics and functionality both matter. Specify the SoundTube LA880i-II for clear paging, reliable monitoring and professional public address systems — contact our team to discuss system design and installation options.
