Overview
Built for professional AV, IT, security and surveillance installations, the Middle Atlantic by Legrand MRK-4042 rack cabinet delivers heavy-duty protection and flexible deployment options for mission-critical systems. This 40U rack cabinet supports deep equipment with a 42" overall depth (40" usable rack depth) and a narrow 22" footprint that’s ideal for multi-bay rows, equipment rooms, and network closets. Fully welded steel construction and a high seismic load rating keep servers, switches, NVRs and monitoring appliances secure, while gangable sides let integrators expand capacity without sacrificing floor space. Numbered, adjustable 10-32 threaded rails simplify mounting and reconfiguration, and multiple lacing points plus slotted rail brackets streamline cable management and airflow for better system cooling and uptime. TAA compliance, UL listing and a lifetime limited warranty make the MRK-4042 a dependable choice for enterprise and government projects. Specify the MRK-4042 rack cabinet for your next security, surveillance or networking deployment — order now or contact your integrator to include it in rack layouts and multi-bay installations.
