Overview
For installations that demand powerful low-frequency performance without sacrificing aesthetics, the Proficient PAS-C854-SUB in-ceiling subwoofer delivers. Designed as part of a small-aperture architectural audio solution, this subwoofer produces authoritative bass down to 20Hz from an 8.27" polypropylene cone while fitting into a compact 4.75" cut-out. The dual voice coil configuration gives installers flexible wiring options and simplifies integration into multi-zone distributed audio, paging, or security monitoring setups.
Finished with low-profile, paintable round and square grilles, the PAS-C854-SUB blends seamlessly with ceiling fixtures and recessed lighting—ideal for hospitality, retail, control rooms, and discreet surveillance audio in security operations centers. With a 71dB sensitivity and robust 8‑ohm impedance, it works reliably with common amplifiers and analog filtering circuits to produce tight, controlled bass for background music, paging, or monitoring use cases.
Specify the Proficient PAS-C854-SUB when you need turnkey, high-performance in-ceiling bass that supports AV, security, and surveillance systems. Contact sales for integration guidance or add it to your next system design to enhance low-frequency impact.
