Middle Atlantic PFD-12 PFD 12U RMS Plexi Front Door for DWR, SWR, and EWR Racks

Protect and display critical equipment without sacrificing visibility. The Middle Atlantic by Legrand PFD-12 plexi front door is a rack accessory engineered for security-conscious AV, IT, and surveillance installations. Designed for 12 RU racks (compatible with DWR, SWR, and EWR series), this door combines lightly smoked plexiglass with a steel frame finished in textured black powder coat to deliver a professional look and durable protection.

A keyed lock secures rack-mounted servers, switches, and monitoring gear while the clear plexi lets technicians perform visual checks and status verification for cameras and network equipment without opening the cabinet. Reversible hinge hardware provides installation flexibility, reducing downtime and simplifying retrofits. Beveled corners add a refined appearance that fits corporate and control-room environments.

Whether you’re outfitting a security operations center, server room, or AV closet, the PFD-12 offers an easy-to-install, high-visibility solution that improves access control and asset protection. Add the Middle Atlantic PFD-12 to your rack accessories to enhance security and streamline monitoring—order or contact sales to integrate it into your next deployment.
