Overview
For reliable outdoor notification in fire protection and security applications, the GENTEX WGEC24-75WRLP horn/strobe provides durable, code-compliant audible and visual alerts. Designed for harsh environments, the GOELP weatherproof enclosure preserves the electronics while allowing the full 75 candela strobe output required for clear visual signaling. The unit produces approximately 100 dB of sound for effective area coverage and offers jumper-selectable tones and temporal or continuous patterns to meet site signaling requirements.
Installation and maintenance are streamlined by the Super-Slide 4" mounting plate and a tamper-resistant locking mechanism, enabling fast supervised testing and reduced service time. Separate horn and strobe control lets security and facilities teams silence the audible alert while keeping the strobe active—ideal for monitored alarm verification, surveillance perimeters, and emergency evacuation workflows. With wide voltage compatibility (24V DC operation and 16–33V DC/FWR range) the WGEC24-75WRLP integrates easily into existing fire alarm and security monitoring systems. Specify this weatherproof GENTEX horn/strobe for dependable outdoor notification—contact us to order or to discuss system integration.
