The Nitek ET1551U IP Video Wire Network Extender Transmitter Unit converts a single twisted-pair UTP run into a reliable 10/100 Mbps network link, enabling IP cameras and other devices to communicate up to 300 meters (1,000 feet) when paired with an ER1551U or ER1651U receiver. Designed for security, surveillance and remote monitoring, the ET1551U is transparent to the network—no configuration, IP or MAC addressing required—so integrators can retrofit existing infrastructures quickly. The transmitter supports megapixel cameras and can receive power from the receiver or be powered directly to pass 802.3at (25.5 W) to downstream devices (PS48 sold separately). Built in a rugged, RoHS-compliant aluminum enclosure, the ET1551U stands up to industrial installations while minimizing downtime and installation cost.
